Sorry to hear you are needing some support with getting a historic email deleted. They should usually be deleted automatically after 90 days of the account closing. This is outlined in our email policy and FAQ's page here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account in the 'How to close or delete an email account' section towards the bottom of the page.
