Deleting old blueyonder account

I am a former Virgin customer and have an old blue yonder email address which has not been deleted and has now been hacked. Can you help?

    Sorry to hear you are needing some support with getting a historic email deleted. They should usually be deleted automatically after 90 days of the account closing. This is outlined in our email policy and FAQ's page here :backhand_index_pointing_right: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account in the 'How to close or delete an email account' section towards the bottom of the page.
