Delete ntlworld

Hi been trying for quite some time to delete an old ntlworld account. I'm not a VM customer, tried calling VM but no joy. Can anyone help?

    A VM forum person should reply here in due course (can be up to a few days) and should be able to put in a request to delete the mailbox for you.

    Why don't you just not log into it and forget about it.

    Optionally, you could put an auto-reply telling people their messages will not be read or actioned.

    We're sorry to hear your email address hasn't been deleted automatically. Normally these are closed 90 days after the closure of your Virgin Media account. 

    We're not able to delete them here however we can raise an IT ticket, for them to delete the account. In order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security so I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. Just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. :)
