Changing email 1
I have been trying to get Virgin Media to remove my daughter's ntl world email address as email 1 from my Virgin Media account. I have been told that this is impossible by Virgin Media. My daughter was the household account holder for a brief period over ten years ago. When she left home we changed the account back to my name and all account details including billing are now in my name. But for some reason the main email address Virgin recognise as Email 1 is her old ntl world email. This now means that I cannot view my ntl world emails via online when logging into Virgin Media. This strange anomaly only seems to have occurred recently because until a couple of weeks ago my ntl world emails were the main ones visible online. I cannot believe that there is no one at Virigin Media tech team with admin rights able to correct this simple matter.
