Change account password!

Due to a courier loosing my faulty laptop soon to be replaced by new I wanted to change the password to access my ntlworld.com account?

The original password was not recorded when I last changed, so needs to be a new password which will be used as a new security entry.

Could a passing staffer message me with a link to enable me to gain access.

    BrianY​  The VM Forum Team Staff have recently indicated that they are no longer able to change account emails or passwords for customers.  This has to be done via a telephone call to the customer support staff.  Dial 150 from a VM landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other provider.

    My problem is I'm hard of hearing, phone call are a pain for me!

    Just think everyone - can you all recall the account password set up 20+years ago!!

        Had a new password issued by non UK agent, tried a number of times attempted to log into my ntlworld.com account sadly no luck!
