Can't login to VM account to access email

I have the same issue, now that the login procedure is so complicated I want to use a passkey on my Android phone but it always says I don't have one. If I try to log in on my Android phone to set a passkey I have to go all through the tedious verfication routine and then there is no box to tick to make a passkey for Virgin Media! How can I do it?

    Is there anywhere that lets you go down the forgot password route at all?
