Can't log in to emails and can't change password

It was working fine an hour ago (I'm waiting on an email from my Doctors hence the lack of patience).I use a blueyonder email address, I've tried to change my password as that sometimes does the trick (this seems to happen about once a year) but this time my email address doesn't seem to be recognized by the change password system. Any idea why it's not working? Thanks

      You are using the 3rd party email address you setup to access “My VM”?

        No, many years ago blueyonder was purchased by virgin, blueyonder accounts/email addresses were kept and are still used/accepted as primary addresses. After doing a few checks (i have 2 blueyonder email addresses) The primary blueyonder account seems to be working fine, its the secondary address which is not...Unfortunatly thats the one i need.

    okay, so after a bit of digging the email account i was trying to access seems to have disappeared completely..as in its no longer listed as an additional account? I use this account daily, and could not of accidentally deleted it, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I’m having a similar issue. Attempted to sign in but I must’ve changed my password at some stage and didn’t store it. I’ve completed ‘Change Password’ several times but have not received the email to do this. So frustrating!
