Can't add email accounts to Windows 11

Like many, I just noticed that I am unable to add my old ntlworld email account or my newer virginmedia account onto Windows 11 Outlook.

No matter what I try I get blocked from adding the accounts.

Does this mean that they won't be able to be used on Windows 11.

This happened today ( 8th Nov 2025)

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with adding your Virgin Media emails to Outlook.

    What error do you see when you attempt to add these emails, please? 
    Are you able to access your emails okay through our app or desktop browser?
