Can't Access my virgin.net emails

Hi, can anyone help?

For some reason I can't access my virgin.net emails: "your virgin media mail account is currently unavailable"

When I go through the process of trying to fix it get stuck at: "You've recently requested to change the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media. Please check your emails and verify this change before making further account changes."

I haven't recently requested to change my email address.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    VM has recently been closing down a lot of virgin.net mailboxes if they are not linked to a current VM broadband subscription.

    Are you currently a VM broadband customer?

      Yes, my email was linked to a current broadband subscription.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the emails you're facing.
    Was the email associated with an active Virgin Media broadband account?

    If it is - we can assist, if it is not - then as on 2 November 2024, the emails were closed and ceased, meaning any email not linked, we wouldn't be able to get them back sorry.

    Let us know and we can go on from there.
