Cannot verify server settings
I am experiencing issues sending emails from my 3rd party application (Apple Mail) for one of my secondary virgin email addresses. I have generated the app specific password as per the MyVM > Account Settings > Account details > Mailbox App password management instructions and updated in the 3rd party application. The email account receives emails via Apple Mail but cannot send them. Any help gratefully received.
