Cannot change Username/ email address for Virgin account as no longer have access to it.

Please help! I was moving a lot emails to new folders and then all of a sudden got locked out and it appears my password is no longer working. When I went to reset it was asking me for an old work email that I no longer have access to.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your email access. 

    Do you see any error message/code when you enter the details that was working previously?

    Do you get the same issue on another browser or device at all?
