Cannot access my old email address to link accounts

I’ve been trying for months to link my accounts and to change my email address to a more updated one. Every time I try virgin are sending me a link to an email address I cannot access anymore any advice please?

    You will need to call customer services to make the change.  The VM Forum Team staff have previously said that they don't have access to the necessary system.  0345 4541111
