Can not access secondary email
Please help, I have lost access to my blueyonder email account, I have 2 email addresses they are secondary accounts to my husbands virgin account. I have been able to get access to the oldest address (in my maiden name) which is not used anymore, the address that I use daily was a sub address under the one in my maiden name. Until this morning the second address has been working fine through my iOS mail app, it has suddenly stopped working and after I fiddled with the settings it now tells me the password is incorrect, I cannot log in to webmail for it as it tells me I need to use the address I sign in to my virgin media with. I am going around in circles, is does not matter what I do I cannot get access to the second account. It is not showing as an additional email address on either my husbands account or under my original address,
