Can not access emails or virgin mail URL

Hello,

I've not been able to access my emails or the URL https://mail.virginmedia.com for a few days now but can not find any information on what the issue is.

Can someone help please?

    same here  been on phone to virgin this morning they saying theres no outage and then try saying to refer me to this tech team where its a premium service and they charge i told them its virgins fault and loads cant get online with the mail.virginmedia.com  then said nothing they can do

    I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with accessing your email service recently. What happens exactly when you attempt to access it? Do you have an active broadband service with us currently?
