Blueyonder e-mail account.

I am no longer a Virgin Media customer. My blueyonder e-mail account was cancelled after 90 days but I am still receiving e-mails in my gmail account that are being forwarded from my blueyonder account. As I am no longer with Virgin I am unable to access account to fully delete the e-mail account. Can anyone therefore tell me how I can do this.  Thanks

    A VM person should reply here within a few days and help arrange that for you.

    We're sorry to hear that e-mails are still being forwarded on from your Blue Yonder account 😔

    In order to look into deleting the account, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. 

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
