Blueyonder and virgin media email

Hi, 

I always logged into my virgin main account and email with the same log in

*******@blueyonder.co.uk, I was then forced by virgin to use a non virgin email to log in to my main virgin account which also logs me into my email.  **********@tiscali.co.uk.  

I now get all my virgin related messages and bills to the tiscali email which I don't want but perhaps I have no choice?   The other issue I have is I have several virginmedia email addresses, some no longer used and some I still really need but I can't access them?

  • Not sure but I think you need to set up separate VMO2 IDs for each of your virgin media email addresses.

    Like you I have blueyonder email addresses - you say the Virgin forced you to use a non-Virgin email for your login. How did that come about ? did your blueyonder address not work, or did you contact Virgin and that's what they said or did they contact you ?

      One day I couldn't log into my blueyonder email, called up Virgin and they said I had to use a 3rd party (non virgin / blueyonder) email account to sign in to my Virgin media account..using this the tiscali email now signs into my blueyonder email and my Virgin account.  However I tried today to get into one of my other Virgin email accounts and I can't work out how to do it anymore.  How do you sign in to your additional email blueyonder or virgin media email accounts?
