Black Screen
When I open up my Virgin Media email app and I go to an email that someone as sent me with an attachment on it when I click view it just shows a black screen only just started to do this today is there a problem with the app

I can access my email through webmail
I sign into my virgin media and at the bottom of the page it says email and that’s where I get my emails from

VM doesn't have an email app. Do you mean trying to access your email via the shortcut link in My Virgin Media?
If not which app are you using? Outlook? Thunderbird? etc
