Hi my old blueyonder email address has been hacked this account is about 25 yrs old and not connected to any virgin media account, iv tried contacting virgin media customer services to delete the account but since its a orphan email and not connected to a virgin media account they haven't been able to help, I need to close this account and delete it ASAP pls advise.
Be prepared to spend hours on the phone going round in circles im afraid
