Hi,
My elderly mother (no longer a virgin customer) needs access to her blueyonder account, but she has forgotten the password. The virgin account her email address was registered to belonged to my father (passed in 2015) so any autorecovery is failing. We really need to gain access to this email and change the password. How can I help her do this please?

VM has been actively closing email accounts that are not connected to a VM broadband account, so it is very likely this one no longer exists.
A VM person may pick this up and offer to check for you, but you should prepare for disappointment.
