VM Disaster

Here we go again, planned work today in London SE9 area lasting a short time. Guess what, no TV at all today with an estimated fix 11am tomorrow, great service, I think not when you consider what we pay for this level of service. VM get it fixed before you lose customers if you haven’t already.

  • I am in SE1 and we are also sffected. No guarantee it will be fixed by tomorrow morning. The internet is intermittent as well

    VM do not have any SLA on Residential services, just on Business services.  If it's a major outage, any dates given will be estimates and usually slide to the right.
