This is the message I keep getting
"We’ve found your Virgin Media account
However, this account is linked to an email address that’s different to the one on your Virgin Media O2 ID.
If you’d like to continue and link your Virgin Media account to your Virgin Media O2 ID, please confirm the full email address your Virgin Media account is currently registered to.
We’ll then send an email to that email address to approve the transfer."

Go to the login page, Do NOT try to login, Click forgot your email address, all the info it asks for can be found on you bill, enter the information of you bill, I asks you to create a new password (I did NOT it accepted the old password) It wants to send information to another email that you have, then a code to your mobile (That I did NOT need) Bingo back in your account, (I did NOT link my VM account to O2)
