TV GO Error 1002

Hi, I'm a new user and can't post in the TV section yet. I have Error 1002 on my laptop, can a moderator help? Hi, I am getting Error 1002 on my ASUS laptop using both Brave and Edge (including private windows). I have 3/3 changes available and only 2/5 devices registered, but it refuses to play. My phone works fine. Can a moderator please refresh my TV Go streaming profile so I can re-register this laptop? I have tried deleting my laptop and trying to re-register but I can't even do this now.

    Have you actually been able to sign into TVGo on your Asus laptop? 

    Are you using VM's DNS?  Or are you using a VPN, or Cloudflare etc?

    If signed in which particular channel/programs are displaying the error?

    TVGO error 1002 is generally a content block code which may be applied by the actual channel/program broadcaster, or because you aren't using VM's DNS server.
