Top marks to VM

My router started playing up last week and finally gave up the ghost yesterday. Had some difficulty contacting VM but eventually after testing my router, they decided to send me a new one which arrived today and all installed. My only gripe is difficulty in contacting VM but thanks. I need wi fi  as I am on dialysis.

    Sorry to see you have health issues, I'm sending healing thoughts,  but just a quick question since you are on dialysis.  Have you asked VM to put a 'vulnerable' flag on your account?  Having that flag noted on your account should help you get a faster turnaround if you have any connection issues, especially with broadband and landline.

      No I haven't done that. How do I go about it please?

        You can phone customer support and ask them to add the marker to your account, 150 which is free from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

        You can also contact VM via WhatsApp on 0780 3089 684
