Force ref 1590434-3175882 (KMM133814152V37699L0KM) I've been trying to get a circuit installed since 28 the May 2025 through the sales team. I am waiting for a response on a cost for price and ECCs on a 12 month Voom Gig1 plan. Following numerous emails on an update for the quote and response to when that quote might be made available, still no reply. I can't complain as I'm not able to get through on the phone/chat and now wondering if Virgin actually want the business. How do I escalate as a frustrated future customer?
