Positive installation engineer feedback
I had a superb new customer installation of fibre broadband. Have not received the email survey to pass the good news on so doing so here (which Virgin Media should investigate).
Damion 42877 was very thorough, called ahead with eta, discussed the best location to install the cable and internet router and ensured everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. NPS score of 10 out of 10 or equivalent. Installation date 28th March
Damion said there’s not been much feedback received recently and for me to not receive the email indicates there may be a survey or email issue. Yes I checked junk many times.
Can this positive feedback be shared with Damion and the survey situation looked into.
