Positive feedback for engineer Patryk (87290)

Hi, your engineer Patryk (87290) visited us in Chester on the afternoon of 5th January 2026 to do an internet installation for my daughter. Patryk was excellent. It was a chaotic day as my daughter was moving in to her new home. He was very polite and very efficient. It was freezing cold outside but he refused cups of tea and just cracked on. His work inside was extremely neat and tidy on a newly wallpapered wall. He was in and out with no fuss. Please pass on this feedback to him and his Manager.
