No account access or email access for over a month - VM - 02 mess
I have totally given up with Virgin Media and I have now had to complain in writing to the Sunderland address as Virgin Media have broken their contract with me. I have also asked for a paper copy of my contract to be sent by mail but still waiting.
I was unable to to complete the stupid, annoying Virgin Media - 02 email confirmation purely and simply because I only use a landline hard of hearing phone due to deafness, VM confirmation texts can only be sent to mobile phones, a seriously unacceptable state of affairs when one is cast out due to a disabilty.
I am now at the point where Ofcom is the only way to go forward.
I am past caring about the email address and have registered elsewhere but I do need access to my account in order to check my contract details as the current payment will increase if I cannot cancel by giving 30 days notice.
I have been without access since July 14th - It is incredible that people can receive text by landline phones with other companies but not so with Virgin Media. One only has to read various on-line message boards in order to see just how many other customers are having problems since the VM-02 disaster.
I tried using the message boards earlier but gave up as I was sick and tired of having to identify myself, using 5 minute slots for help, adding digits from my password etc., it was never ending.
I have just been left with this mess but still have to pay Virgin Media every month. I am now looking for another provider who will give me the service that I am entitled to but not receiving. I will not be renewing my contract.
