I think we are now 2 weeks in to using this new forum platform. My own checklist of general not-working-ness is as follows:
Editing posts - Feature restored but seems very buggy and glitchy. Every so often the edit looks as if it has completed but, returning to the post, later shows the edit has not been applied. So editing appears to mostly work but not very reliably.
Inserting hyperlinks - Not working the last time I tried, still reporting HTML errors when trying to post a working hyperlink
Inserting quotes into post - Nice feature to highlight text you want to quote the add it to a post but, when trying to update the post, an error message appears with similar HTML issues as hyperlinks.
Auto-subscribe/follow - When replying to a topic, it looks as if the the forum software is trying to auto-follow for the topic. The bell icon/+ becomes a bell icon/tick. Looks as if it has worked and the bell/tick remains in place until moving away from the particular forum in question to a different forum. Upon returning to the original forum/topic the auto-follow has not been applied and the bell icon has returned to bell/+ again. It is necessary to manually follow any/all topics. The followed topic list in my profile is never updated unless it is via a manual follow.
Notifications - Only indication of a push notification is now a purple circle on the notification bell. Unread topics appear in bold but, after clicking on the first unread topic, to read it and viewing the topic, the bold text is cleared from all notifications so there is no longer an indication of which are new notifications. Current implementation seems like a significant downgrade from the previous system.
Email notifications - Many people seem to still be reporting email notifications are tagged as spam (either consistently or randomly). My email provider was totally blocking the notification messages as spam and I had to whitelist the address to receive anything. (Beyond my tech grade to define the cause but possibly something along the lines of the email seeming to come from a VM email address but being sent out by Khoros servers??)
Random log out - Random logouts happening for some users. Yesterday I was logged out twice in the space of an hour with no long period of inactivity. Have not had any logouts today.
Overall - All actions seem very slow to complete and update with a delay between routine tasks before anything updates.
That's my list of regular forum glitches and issues but I may well have missed some or others may have more to add.
