Loss of Service
I contact virgin media my 360 mean box , had problems . They then left me for over 4 weeks b4
Posted out 100% wrong box , they posted out a 360 mini . I asked for loss of service and 150 said its done by the auto loss of service system ..
I rang up day 7.14.21.28 and 150 said auto no help. Mini box got returned ..... 8 weeks later they finaly post me a mean box out ...
But the loss of service question was refused by them ... I spoke to a manager well they said and auto compo for loss of service . Could take 7 days a month or more if the auto system see there compo due .
No call over below or email out blue check my account and come aross the credut note
10th April 2025 captain bill log they credited my account with 56 days at a value of £429.14
15th April 2025 the credit was remoted
I was checking over credit over somethink eise and come aross this loss of service info. Virgin media ...
4 reps u paid and 4 ur not . 2 managers ur not getting the loss of service credit .
They way i fell scammed by virgin media. Was told the system gives it and they dont have any input any more for the loss of service credit . I had to keep screen shoots and emails over compliant and forwarded them to ombusman .
So just because loss of service virgin media happy to scamm customer . And blame the customer as was appied wrong and they i get £0.00 so see how the ombusman goes
