I really hope so. They are spoiling my life. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with them last week. at the end of the phone call they genuinely said 'we are sending your new TV boxes out but we are sending them to the wrong address'
You really want a business that supplies TV, phone, and broadband services to millions of UK customers to go bust because they are 'spoiling my life'?
Seems a little selfish.
