I am at N2... Have not been able to view due to persistent WIFI problems. Am I going to be refunded?

Have not been able to watch anything due to persistent Wifi problems. Am I going to be refunded my subscription for July. I am in N2-

    I presume you mean you have a broadband connection problem, it’s not WiFi. If you phone customer services and say you have a ‘WiFi problem’ they will probably give you totally incorrect information.
