Presumably this white Ford van is marked as belonging to Virgin Media? At least it is taxed and MOT'd. I do sometimes wonder if VM engineers (possibly the driver here) are adversely affected if they cause VM to incur a £30 automatic compensation charge for missing scheduled appointments thereby providing a perverse incentive to drive badly (or maybe they were just late for tea).
