Contacting Virgin Media

I been trying to contact someone to discuss my up and coming end of contract. Tried telephone, chat, Whatsapp with no positive result, keep getting told that there are a high level of calls and would I be prepared to wait 165 minutes!

How do I overcome this problem.

  • Do you have an online renewal offer?

    Also changing from VM to other providers is slightly less painful now with the new One Touch Switching.

    The most likely chance of speaking to a human is to take the phone options for "thinking of leaving us". 

    But remember that if you chase them to discuss renewal you are less likely to get a good offer than if you show no interest and leave them to make the first move.  Al;so check what other provoders are currently offering.
