Hiya, is your contract (usually 12 or 18 months) up? If yes, it's good to keep an eye on contract end date (usually found on your account information). If it's been done recently (when did the price changed) just get in touch via the browser (chat with us on VM page) or contact customer service on phone.
I've bookmarked my end date (in 2026) and the previous month, I'll get in touch with them to cancel landline service.
Trust me they'll help sort it out, they've been great with my wee bits and pieces. Glad of the changeover to VM... Can't say the same with old provider that sprung a surprise payment on me £££££ earlier this week for leaving them after 25 years.
