Bill not amended 5 weeks after starting new contract
I let my contract lapse and my bill increased accordingly so I started a new contract in late February. I expected my early March bill to be at the higher rate but my most recent early April bill is still at the non-contract rate.
I can´t find a chat line on the VM website so I phoned 150. There was no way to get through to a person and it always ended in sending me a link. My Doro 6520 phone doesn´t do internet so I manually copied the link to my laptop and tried it there, but all I got was the VM website login page.
Should it really be this difficult to chase up a suspected over-charge with Virginmedia? Does anybody have any suggestions please?
Solved. I don´t recall how I got there but I did stumble on a chat line and was put through to an advisor who sorted me out.
