Area code help, trying to set up online account

Hi 

 

I posted 4 days ago about what my area code would be

 

ive been with Virgin for a month and haven’t had  any bill or update!

 

I need my area code, post code is RG26 3RR

    It normally takes 2 or 3 days but may be taking longer due to the forums being offline yesterday as they switched to a brand new format. (It's possible that the wrong email address was taken down when you first joined VM, or that any emails from VM have been placed in your spam/junk folder.)
