This seems to have resolved itself after 2 days
Hi Forum Team, I am receiving the message 'Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable.' I have already tried changing to an 02 passkey and it hasn't worked. I am an active broadband customer. Could you please help me re-sync or unlock my mailbox? Thank you."
