23.33% increase in broadband cost Jan 2023

My broadband only deal £30.00 per month 18 month contract increased to £37.00 per month in January that is a 23.33% increase is that correct ?

    The increase is based on the retail price of the broadband not the discounted price

      So, are all advertised VM prices dual?  By that I mean do they advertise a £30 broadband only deal having said/crossed out a £35 price?
