Wrong bill

I cancelled my contract with virgin media in 2022 when I move to a new area where virgin media does not supply broadband. In June this year I am getting information of missed payment on my credit report on virgin media in 2022. I have called the virgin media team and the lady doesn’t understand what am saying. Please can someone help
