Can anyone tell me how to speak to a person. I have a WiFi pod that I was sent to improve signal for one area but my son has been struggling with connection. I’ve moved that first pod to near him now and it works great but now I have the initial problem back! Call me old fashioned but I just want to talk to a person and not a bot! 😊
A VM Mod is going to ask what was the "initial problem" ?
I'd suggest put a few sentences on that to aid your cause.
There are no "direct" lines to VM, you just have to persevere with the AI bot. At least you are not alone in not wanting to talk to a computer, there are many posts here with the same subject.
Pods only work when they get a good signal. If you put a Pod in an area of weak or non existent WiFi, it will not work. You may need an additional Pod.
