Wifi Pods

Hi I was advised when taking the contract out that I would get 3 wifi pods. When the engineer installed the wifi, I was informed I need to order it via the app however there's no option to order? Can you pls assist.

    Sorry to hear that no Wi-Fi pods have been issued to you, can you please confirm if you're recording a download speed in any area of the property that falls below 30mbs?

    We would only issue Wi-Fi pods when a customer is not able to obtain our minimum guaranteed download speed in an area of the property, and with this can only issue one at a time for a customer.

    Avoid VM Pods is there is monthly rental cost involved,
    or if you require a split SSID and / or fixed Wi-Fi channels.
