WiFi Pods Not being sent by Virgin Media

I have requested 3 times for WiFi Pods to be sent and 3 times I have been told by an agent they will ensure one is sent, but then they never are sent or of course subsequently delivered. On the 3rd time I even had the agent register my complaint which they did but then closed it immediately with resolution a WiFi Pod to be sent which it then never was.

I am eligible for a WiFi Pod so it feels very strange that Virgin Media are telling me they will send one, but then not doing so. My assumption is some process or system or workflow is blocking them being sent for some unexplained reason to myself.

Can someone please help me.

  • 👋 hey - yep we’ve had this too. Originally ordered on 29th Jan. Followed up second week of Feb and told they were out of stock so a new request has been placed. Had to follow up again today and was told neither previous agent ordered them “properly”. Really at a loss of what to do.

    Hi CWillats

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm sorry to hear that there's been a delay in getting a Wi-Fi Pod out to you. When did you last discuss this with the team and what have they advised? What Wi-Fi connection issues are you experiencing at the moment?

    Thanks,

      Hi Zach

I have contacted Virgin Media on the 20th January, 27th January and the 10th February requesting a WiFi pod, each time being given an apology for the prior request having not been completed and then promised that one would be sent but each time nothing sent or delivered. I turned to this community to see if anyone could help me.

My connection seems very good when I am wired but slightly inconsistent through WiFi though living in a mid terraced 3 storey townhouse with competition from neighbours signals no doubt a factor. WiFi Pods seem a sensible approach to try and improve the signal though it is understood it might only improve it a bit and other actions might help.
