WiFi pods - how to actually order these?! Seems impossible through app or website despite info online

Hi all

Can someone please confirm how to actually order WiFi pods? I am being pushed between the app and the website. I have done all the recommended scans, identified weak spots, told I can order a pod, yet nowhere is there anything to progress. Seeing some posts saying you have to call but can’t believe they are able to mislead on the app / website if there really isn’t an option to order online?
