WiFi Pod

I’m not getting good WiFi connection in couple of rooms. I tried VM connect, and pods were available but couldn’t be processed via app, and needed to call customer service. I did that and spent 45-60 minutes on call going through all the checks again, eventually was told one pod would be sent. It’s now 10 days and I’ve not received it. I really don’t want to go through all the call and waiting again. Can one of the mods look at my account and have another one sent as I’m not sure what happened with the last order. Thanks!
