WiFi pod

After months of not being able to get wifi in the main bedroom of the house I have spent the last month trying to order an extra wifi pod, I have done several wifi tests showing extremely low wifi speeds of 2mbps and 8 mbps, as apparently when you do these tests it should be easy to order another pod, but that hasn’t happened, I’ve phoned virgin on several occasions but have just been advised to see if it gets better in a couple of weeks. I’ve been with virgin for over 20 years, but this issue is so frustrating,  I’m apparently entitled to the 3rd pod if needed, but trying to obtain one seems impossible, I’ve even looked into buying a used virgin pod, but apparently that wont work as it has to be set by virgin

    The frequent advice here is to cut your losses with VM WIFI and get your own mesh equipment that you are able to install and adjust to suit your needs.
