WiFi Pod

I’ve had a wifi pod for around 6 month in which time it’s been great but yesterday it stop connecting and now just flashes white. I’ve tried moving it close to the route but it doesn’t work. Anyone got a fix?

    Call it in as faulty - on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate). Use option 2 (faults), dont press any other buttons when offered and you should be in the queue for the next agent.
