WiFi pod solid blue light

Hi

one of my black WiFi pods has stopped working (previously fine) and shows o constant blue light. If I disconnect and then plug back in, it still just shows solid blue light. Similarly when I have performed a factory reset with a pen.

i have placed the pod next to the router and have rebooted the router, but nothing changes.
My other WiFi pod is fine.

can anyone help?

    WPS surely not.

VM have to re-pair the not working VM Pods to your VM Hub.

Looking into this for you, and focusing on our Black Wi-Fi pods, when connecting your devices to your network using the WPS button, a slow pulsing blue light will appear. This light will turn solid blue once a WPS connection is successful.
If the light starts blinking rapidly it means the WPS connection was unsuccessful, and you should try again.
If a solid blue light appears and you haven’t pressed the WPS button, don’t worry, this can also indicate that your WiFi Pod is booting up.

Can you confirm if the Wi-Fi pod is currently working as expected and/or if there's been any changes in the lights on the Wi-Fi pod? Have you pressed the WPS button at all?

    Thanks,

      Hi

The pod isn’t working as expected. It just shows a constant blue light no matter what I do (reset, switch off, WPS etc). There is no blinking light. However Virgin are sending me a replacement pod so hopefully that will sort it.

      Thanks
