WiFi Pod not working
Can’t get WiFi pod to connect blinks white for 2 seconds then no lights, and in Virgin connect app it says can’t find Pod

We're sorry to hear of the Pod issues experienced, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
Can you try pressing the WPS button on the router, press and hold it for around 20 seconds. Then plug the Pods in, they should then pair. Let us know if this helps resolve the issues.
