Wifi pod not working with Hub upgrade

Hi,

Wondering if a mod can help.

I just got upgraded to the Hub 5 but my WiFi pod isn't communicating with it.

If I provide my account number and the hub/pod details are you able to link them together on your end?

    Hi Zahid,

    Try calling 0800 953 9500 which is the activation line and have the account and area number, along with the hub/pod details handy

    (It can take a few days for forum staff to pick up your post)
