WiFi pod not connecting to new router

Hi there

I received a new router recently but my wifi pod does not connect to the new router. How do I reset the wifi pod so it can connect to the new router?

    Hi Anthony,

    Try calling 0800 953 9500 which is the activation line and have the pod serial number (should be on a sticker on the pod) along with your account number and area number which can be found on your bills and contract.
