WiFi not working

Hello my Wi-Fi is not working for the last two days. It has got a greenlight on my hub and I am connected but none of my devices are working on my Wi-Fi. I have disconnected from the Main for five minutes reconnected problem has not been solved.

  • Hello, the Internet has been slow for the last week. I have tried to switch off from the power unit and turn back on and reconnect all my devices which highlight that it is connected to the Home broadband but none of the devices are connected when browsing or streaming by the Wi-Fi.

      If that is a VM HUB 3 with a green flashing bar and arrows, 
      it means the VM Network connection is down.
